Ground Game Leadership

Most leadership training happens in comfort. Mine doesn't.

Ground Game Leadership is a private executive protocol that tests and rebuilds your decision-making under physical stress.

The Problem with Leadership Theater

Most leadership development happens in comfort zones. Workshops. Slide decks. Coaching sessions in conference rooms. But real leadership happens under pressure. And pressure cannot be simulated with role-play exercises, it needs to be experienced.Ground Game Leadership is a different kind of executive development program. It uses the physical mechanics of Jiu-Jitsu, control, like leverage, and intelligent decision-making under stress, as a laboratory for your nervous system. Not fitness. Not navel-gazing.I train executives for fully embodied strategy and decision-making development.

The Founder's Mat: 1:1 Executive Coaching

A completely private, high-discretion environment for top-level decision-makers. We isolate specific leadership constraints, like over-controlling, freezing under pressure, spatial collapse, and design bespoke physical scenarios to stress-test and rebuild those responses. No prior martial arts experience is required.

Corporate Team Building events and a Weekend Leadership Series are available upon request following an initial 1:1 consultation.

About me: Philosophy, Martial Arts and Leadership

Dr. Martino Sacchi holds a PhD in Philosophy and has spent over a decade coaching elite MMA and submission grappling athletes. He is the Head Coach of the Grappling division at Sayyato MMA Performance Gym in Berlin.
The intersection of philosophical thinking and physical performance is not a metaphor, it's a daily reality. The academic rigor of structural philosophy directly shapes how I stress-tests executives on the mat, exposing the gap between intellectual self-image and actual physical response.
